Established in 2005, drawing on more than 35 years of instrumentation engineering experience, including over 15 years specialising in functional safety for COMAH facilities.  I provide independent consultancy services in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511, supporting operators, EPCs and system integrators across all stages of the safety lifecycle.
